Daniel Weber is a Fort Worth–based commercial real estate advisor with SVN | Trinity Advisors (Texas License #828133) and a CCIM Candidate. A TCU alumnus, he represents investors on both sides of the deal — acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and landlord/tenant leasing — with a concentration on office and retail assets in Fort Worth and the broader DFW Metroplex.
Daniel combines local Tarrant County market knowledge with SVN's nationwide brokerage network to help investors make data-driven decisions. His practice is built on analysis, full deal coordination, and long-term client relationships — not single transactions.
